Alternative dispute resolution system audits, reviews and design

Organisations

We love taking a microscope to dispute resolution processes, checking them for opportunities and threats, and re-imagining them into a dispute resolution framework that makes decision-making faster, less stressful, and more intuitive for your teams.

Good processes make better conciliators

Dispute resolution systems are—and should be—organic. They grow and evolve over time and as ethical and legal guidelines change. Processes can easily become disjointed or disconnected from the dispute resolution landscape and your industry-specific dispute resolution scheme.

We are passionate about helping organisations achieve better dispute resolution outcomes. To that end, the processes and tools we develop directly impact the ease with which conciliators can problem-solve difficult disputes and make dispute resolution more intuitive for your staff.

Our approach

1. Audit your current processes

We spend time getting to know your unique dispute resolution environment, and the processes in place, and identify gaps and opportunities in your existing setup.

2. Review your options

The audit gives us a checklist that we can use as a starting point for ideas and strategies to hone your systems. This review forms a strong foundation for the direction of your revised DR system.

3. Design your system

We decide on a direction to suit your organisation and design a framework for your new dispute resolution processes.

This may include the development of tools to aid your decision-makers, guidelines that make decisions easier, or any number of aids that come out of the Review.
